Customised suits have a strict no return no refund policy. Understandably if a suit has been personalised it cannot be resold hence we are unable to offer a return and exchange service for this product. If you find that it does not fit and you require another size, then please send us a email and we will be happy to give you a 50% discount on ordering a replacement as a goodwill gesture
