This is a made to order jacket and dispatched direct from our factory outlet abroad.

Delivery is 3 to 4 weeks from date of payment unless stated otherwise

All deliveries are undertaken by DHL (or affiliated courier).Tracking numbers are issued upon request only

Customised jackets are excluded from our refund policy. Understandably if a jacket has been personalised it cannot be resold hence we are unable to offer a return for this item. If you find that it does not fit and you require another size, then please send us a email and we will be happy to give you a discount on ordering a replacement as a goodwill gesture
